Nourish is our Irish family business of health food stores, with 19 stores across Dublin, Cork, Galway, Kerry, Kildare and Limerick. We love good food and care about what we eat and where it comes from.

We know our products and have more than 35 years experience choosing, selling, eating and learning about wholefoods.

With backgrounds in nutrition, naturopathy and herbal medicine, our team also has extensive knowledge about vitamins, minerals, herbal remedies and supplements.

By supporting the organic standard, we are supporting everything from bees and hedgerows to healthy, contented animals, our water and soil, the health of our families, and the long term sustainability of our planet. It’s important to us.
